The scanned hma paper is Wishart's original hma paper (sorry for the inferior scanning quality).
The results are available for the three datasets in the three respective directories:
Paper List
- The hds-techreport.pdf is the most up-to-date version of our Auto-HDS framework, and goes substantially beyond our ICDM DMB 2006 workshop paper (icdmhds.pdf).
- The ICDM paper did not include model selection, results on clustering genes, and the Gene DIVER java product.
- anniehds.pdf is a preliminary annie paper in which we reintroduced Hierarchical Mode Analysis - a 40 year old algorithm that got lost to history, and that our Auto-HDS framework substantially extends.
